Terms of Service
By placing an order with Bloomsi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payments:
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Order Confirmation & Pricing:
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. A binding contract is created only once payment is processed.
In the event of a pricing error or product unavailability, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel your order after contacting you for approval.
Cancellations:
A $15 cancellation fee applies to any order canceled after it has been prepared or dispatched.
Orders already sent out for delivery are non-refundable.
Delivery Terms:
- No Sunday deliveries except during select holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery times except for weddings and funeral tributes.
- Deliveries generally occur between Mon - Sat: 9 am - 5 pm, subject to conditions.
Responsibility:
If the recipient is unavailable, the driver may leave the flowers at the door (if safe), with a neighbour, or return them to our store for pickup.
Bloomsi is not responsible for damage or theft after successful delivery.
