Free Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on orders of $100+ within Oakville & Mississauga.
For orders of $1,000+, we offer free delivery across Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Etobicoke, Hamilton, and Toronto.
Delivery Rules
Each order includes one delivery attempt.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them at the phone number provided.
If contact is made and the recipient authorizes us to leave the flowers at the door, with a concierge, or with a neighbour, we will do so. Please note that once the order is left as instructed, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
Door Delivery:
- For private homes, delivery is made directly to the front door.
- For condos, offices, hospitals, schools, and other institutions where access may be restricted, flowers may be left with reception or the front desk if delivery to the specific room/unit is not possible.
Delivery Time Policy
We cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time (except for weddings, events, and funerals). However, we always strive to deliver your order within the next few hours.
Our regular delivery window is 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
If you have any delivery preferences, please include them in the order notes.
During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other peak floral dates, we operate extended hours, with delivery available from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Weekend Delivery Policy
Our shop is closed on Sundays, and delivery is not available on that day.
If you need flowers for Sunday, you may place your order for Saturday and receive delivery on Saturday instead.
Order Cancellation Policy
Same-day orders are processed immediately and typically cannot be changed. Due to the time-sensitive nature of floral production and delivery, we are unable to cancel or modify any order that has already been processed by a florist, is in transit, or has been delivered.
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change.
