I honestly cannot recommend Bloomsi enough.

From our very first conversation, their professionalism, dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care were exceptional. I came to them with nothing more than a collection of inspiration photos and ideas, and they somehow turned those ideas into something even more beautiful than I had imagined.

My bridal bouquet was absolutely breathtaking, and throughout the entire wedding day I received countless compliments on the flowers. Guests kept asking who our florist was and commenting on the quality, freshness, and beauty of every arrangement. The florals added exactly the elegance and sophistication we had envisioned for our wedding.

And I still have no idea how they managed to find peonies and hydrangeas in those colours, but they were absolutely STUNNING. They were one of my favourite details of the entire wedding and so many guests commented on them. The quality of the blooms was incredible.

One of the things that stood out most to me was seeing their entire family working together during delivery and setup. It was truly heartwarming to watch. You could see the passion, care, and pride they put into their work, and it showed in every single detail. Their teamwork and dedication brought exactly the elegance our wedding needed.

What I appreciated most was the complete peace of mind they gave us. Weddings can be stressful, but with Bloomsi I never once worried about the florals. They took our vision and brought it to life flawlessly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Forgot about my order on Mother’s Day. When asking to speak to the manager, they refused to come out to speak to me. Extremely unprofessional and the most concerning thing was that there were about 10+ other customers in the store in the same situation. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

In response to below comment: Bloomsi is now trying to save face here after extremely unprofessional behaviour. Bloomsi refused to provide any refund or compensation for my troubles. In addition, the manager refused to speak to me about these issues. To reiterate, any potential customers should avoid this business at all costs.
