Refund Policy
At Bloomsi, we take pride in the freshness and quality of our floral arrangements.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at hello@bloomsi.ca within 2 days of delivery, including your order number and photos describing the issue.
Quality Issues
Once verified by our support team, we will issue either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, depending on the situation.
Order Changes
To modify an order, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
We will try to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed during holidays or weekends.
Order Cancellations
- A $15 cancellation fee applies for all approved cancellations.
- No cancellations are accepted for orders already prepared, shipped, or during major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
